1. Overview
At Flyhost.in, we stand behind the quality of our services. This Refund Policy outlines what is eligible for a refund, the timeframes that apply, and how to request one. Different products have different refund terms — please read the relevant section below carefully.
All refunds are issued in Indian Rupees (INR) to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
2. Web Hosting (Shared & WordPress)
If you are not satisfied with your shared or WordPress hosting plan for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
- Applies to the first invoice only — not renewals.
- Applies to annual and monthly billing cycles.
- Account must not have violated our Terms of Service.
- Promotional or discounted plans are eligible unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
- Refunds for renewals are not provided unless there was a billing error.
Partial Refunds After 30 Days
After the 30-day window, refunds are not generally available. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., prolonged unresolved downtime attributable to Flyhost), we may issue a pro-rated credit at our discretion.
3. Cloud VPS
Cloud VPS services are provisioned immediately upon payment and are not eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Refunds will only be issued if the VPS could not be provisioned due to a technical failure on our end.
- If the service was provisioned and accessible, no refund is available.
- You may cancel at any time; the service remains active until the end of the billing period.
4. Dedicated Servers
Dedicated server orders involve hardware procurement and are non-refundable once provisioned.
- Cancellations before provisioning may be eligible for a full refund.
- Once provisioned, no refund is available regardless of usage.
- Contact our sales team before placing a dedicated server order if you have questions.
5. Domain Names
Domain registrations are processed with third-party registries upon purchase and are generally non-refundable due to registry fees.
- If you registered a domain in error and contact us within 24 hours, we will attempt to cancel and refund — subject to registry policy. Not all registries permit cancellation.
- Domain renewals are non-refundable once processed.
- Domain transfers are non-refundable once initiated.
- Premium domain purchases are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using our domain search to verify availability and spelling before completing your purchase.
6. SSL Certificates
SSL certificates are issued by a Certificate Authority (CA) on your behalf.
- Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if the certificate was not yet issued.
- Once the certificate has been issued by the CA, refunds are not available.
- Refunds for renewed SSL certificates are not available once issued.
7. Add-ons & Extras
- Additional storage/bandwidth upgrades: Non-refundable once applied to your account.
- cPanel/control panel licences: Non-refundable as these are passed through from the vendor.
- Migration services: Non-refundable once the migration has been completed.
- Email hosting: Subject to the same 30-day guarantee as shared hosting if purchased as part of a new account.
- Setup fees: Non-refundable.
8. How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your Flyhost Client Area.
- Open a support ticket under the Billing department.
- Include your invoice number and the reason for your refund request.
- Our billing team will review and respond within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

10. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in immediate account suspension and termination. We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously.
If you believe there is an unauthorised charge from Flyhost.in, please contact us immediately — we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
